Install AMBER11 on Ubuntu

Prepare for some software and libraries

• apt-get install gfortran
  

(Note:this is for fortran)

• apt-get install xorg-dev
  

(Note:this is for X11 Libraries, after install it, use command "locate libXt" to check if it has been installed. Because the local of this library wil be setted to AMBER config.h file: XHOME= , XLIBS= .)
